9. What kind of company is Religence? We are a management consulting firm specializing in improving customer-focused performance through the Religence Framework for Customer Relationship Intelligence. We help our clients execute strategy, retain customers, and drive profit with our leading indicator. But it is a good question. We're hard to categorize. We're not a software company although we help our clients use their existing software and technology systems better with our supporting software models and other tools. We're not a process company although we help our clients embed the Religence Framework's customer relationship process in their systems. (Please see question #1 for a description of the key components in the Religence Framework. We license the use of our framework, patent pending, as part of our consulting.) In our customer-focused performance consulting we cross functions and disciplines. We speak the language of the CFO, CMO, and COO. We care about the change management associated with people, process, and technology. We operate at the cusp of business intelligence, performance management, and business process management for breakthrough sales and marketing performance—and profit. |
