26. What software do we need? For planning our profit matrix and strategy decision model are executed in readily available software and should you want to manipulate them instead of just reading them, there is a small fee for the license directly from the vendor or it can be done on demand, your preference. For clients who want to install ABC software to fine-tune their cost layers, we have an alliance with a leading vendor. In execution, our framework helps you use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and analytics software you already have in our operational CRI tracking system and analysis. We just help you get more out of your investment. We use your existing systems to collect the additional operational data, using the existing interfaces with a new window or two. Then that data can flow into your existing data warehouse or a new one set up. Another approach is to use the framework as a common interface across the disparate systems you may have in your organization. Or we can set up a new system or an on demand system with interfaces back to existing systems. We can work with your technology professionals in-house or outsourced or we have our own alliances with systems integrators and on demand providers.
