Can you see the Religence Framework being used throughout a company?
Sure.
We'd love that. But it is not a practical way to begin. That's why
we have built in tools to help focus where there is greater likelihood
of high-profit revenue. We get the low hanging fruit first. Then
we use the Religence Framework in each market or customer segment
within channel/product group combinations that has the potential
for profit improvement.
Over time as the framework is rolled out to more and more segments,
the data can be rolled up consistently within business units and
across business units. The framework is the same for each one. The
process will be different for each segment, but the process fits
into the same framework and has the same kind of metrics. Executives
can manage to success with one coherent framework
