12. HOW to Profit from Operational Data in Real Time and Right Time.

The Religence Framework for Customer Relationship Intelligence captures and structures important interaction data on how relationships are developed and what it costs. Real-time management and a whole new level of analysis are now possible.

  • The data stream drives continuous improvement in sales and marketing. Interactions found not to be productive can be removed from the system, or potentially productive new interactions can be added. The effect on operations is immediate and universal.
